My dual qualifications as a dentist and pharmacist have given me a deep understanding of the challenges faced by professionals in high-pressure, service-oriented industries.

Since graduating in 2010, I’ve successfully launched and managed metro and rural dental practices, including building three from scratch. One of my proudest achievements was growing a thriving practice during a five-year drought in a remote town—a testament to resilience, adaptability, and strategic thinking. Alongside these milestones, I’ve navigated significant personal challenges, including IVF and raising three children, proving that professional excellence and personal fulfilment can coexist.

Currently, I lead iDental Surgery in Newtown, where we’ve reimagined practice operations through the "Above It" Online Training Course, helping healthcare professionals streamline their businesses and reclaim balance. My passion for transformation also extends to Coaching, where I support professionals in unlocking clarity, mastering leadership, and achieving sustainable success.

Beyond my work in healthcare, I’ve expanded my entrepreneurial pursuits into private equity, where I empower businesses to grow strategically, optimise operations, and create lasting value. This work reflects my deep belief in the power of collaboration, innovation, and forward-thinking solutions.

Additionally, I’m the founder of Aliki Skin + Care, a premium skincare brand that integrates science and self-care, helping individuals radiate confidence from the inside out.
